Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is an alternative therapy that uses guided hypnosis (a meditative state). This allows the client relax so that they can get past the negative doubts of the ego and work more deeply with their core issues. Although the client enters a meditative state they remain aware of what is happening and are always in complete control of their consciousness. If anything that the therapist suggests does not resonate with the client the client gets to co-create new suggestions that do work for them. The therapist starts out with a roadmap of where they think the session is going to go, however things rarely follow the plan completely. The clients subconscious generally takes over and becomes the true guide of where the session needs to go for the healing to take place. Shamanic Healing

A Shamanic Healing is an alternative therapy that can mean and include many things. An Illumination is a typical starting point for a session. Illuminations generally start off with the client picking an issue that they need to work on and then clearing and balancing any chakras that may be out of balance. This can lead to many other options both depending on what the client is looking for and what organically comes up through the session. There may be spirits that need to be released, energetic blockages that need to be removed, or spirit guides who come through with messages. Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is an alternative therapy that involves repeatedly tapping on specific points on the body while verbally acknowledging an issue that the client chooses. The goal of using EFT is to provide relief from the negative emotions and feelings associated with the issue being worked on. The points that are being tapped on are associated with different meridians in the body. Tapping on these specific points is believed to help move blocked energy that is stuck along these meridians.
